Edward Fotsch, MD, CEO
Dr. Fotsch has been a pioneer and national leader in healthcare IT for two decades. Dr. Fotsch is a member of several national health information technology (HIT) committees and panels including the HL7 PHR Working Group, the CMS PHR Evaluation Task Force, and the iHealth Alliance. Dr. Fotsch was the first recipient of the Liability Carrier Annual Patient Safety Award for his work in healthcare IT, speaks frequently at healthcare IT industry conferences and is regularly quoted regarding healthcare technology issues by national press including the New York Times, Chicago Tribune, Associated Press, Reuters and The Wall Street Journal.

David Tanzer, President 
Mr. Tanzer is responsible for day-to-day operations of the company. Mr. Tanzer has previously run several information/publishing businesses including Primedia Consumer Magazines, Channel One Network and GT Brands, and has been a strategy consultant for medical/business information companies including Wolters Kluwer and Reed Elsevier.

Christine Côté, MD, Chief Medical Officer 
Dr. Côté, a physiologist and physician by training, has over 24 years experience at Johnson & Johnson and Zeneca Pharmaceuticals, where she held several senior regulatory, clinical and strategic positions including Chief Scientific Officer for J&J’s Janssen Pharmaceutica division. Also during her time at J&J, Dr. Côté was directly involved with the creation of the Health Care Notification Network (HCNN).

John Loucks, Vice President of Sales
Mr. Loucks was previously the Chief Customer Officer for Relsys, the drug safety solutions company recently acquired by Oracle Corporation. During his time at Relsys, Mr. Loucks assisted in the development, sale and implementation of Relsys’ Argus Safety™, which is the number one drug safety system used by pharmaceutical manufacturers worldwide.
